    hi gee…
ada dua jenis fund in UT i.e. :
    1. equity fund
    2. bond/money market fund
    * yg ke-3 is balanced fund, combination of equity and bond with 50% allocation each..

if you want to make money, equity fund should be your choice coz price or NAV dia dinamik (jap naik jap turun)..so, to make profit..concept nya still BuyLowSellHigh..

very rarely to hear people invest in bond fund and make handsome profit…

    SN,

if you still young…proceed je your EPF in equity fund…

these new fund not open for EPF investment….cash only…suitable for mid-to-long term investor…buat monthly saving la…apa2 citer yg penting start..

i started invested in UT since 2006 with monthly cash contribution of RM100…now end of 2010, my investment value is nearly RM100k (cash + EPF).
