Register Hajj with EPF Account 1
Effective 3 Jan 2012, public are no longer required to have minimum saving of RM1,300 with Tabung Haji to eligble them to register for hajj. With at least RM1,300 in EPF Account 1, EPF members are now can register their hajj with Tabung Haji (TH).
To proceed with the registration, EPF members are required bring their myKad and latest EPF statement to any TH counters, Bank Rakyat or Bank Islam branches nationwide. No withdrawal will be made for the registration. On the eligibility, EPF members must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident with aged below 55 years old and TH saving account’s holder.
This will encourage more Malaysian to register for their Hajj with Tabung Haji.

if reg hajj with EPF ni, there will be no transaction from EPF acc 1 to TH…the RM1,300 will still in EPF Acc 1
