How to purchase Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera
How to purchase or open Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera : Is a simple as opening ASB account, as you only need to bring your MyKad and the initial investment amount.
At the point I’m writing this post, I’m understand that many people still having concern whether they should invest in AHB or not…many discussions and arguments held around us… some are prefer to wait…some are already applied for 200k AHB loan…some says the dividend will be around 6-8% according to Maybank’s staff (could be part of their marketing plan)…some says could be lower than ASB dividend
Since the objective of AHB is to invest in commercial properties, if we look at REITs especially islamic REITs, they are giving dividend around 5-8%…and not only dividend, but also capital gain as the unit price is fluctuate.
compare to AHB, the unit price is fixed and the income is solely from dividend…therefore I would say that PHB should give competitive dividend to attract more Bumiputera to invest in AHB as another low risk investment after ASB.
But for now, since there is no benchmark and everybody are guessing, invest at your own risk
…for those who applying for AHB loan, make sure you have backup and afford to pay the monthly payment even though the dividend will not be as good as ASB’s…just in case lah kan

Dah sign up..melabur RM1000 dulu and strategy to tengok macamana 6 mth and 12mths performance dan dividend. if ok..maintain dan tambah banyak…if not ok…maintain jugak as part of overall low risk investment portfolio…sebab tak rugi.
Tengok property portfolio AHB..menarik jugak…ada dapat rental income daripada building from Putrajaya, Tesco Setia Alam, Wisma Cosplant, Warehouse di sebelah kesas Highway dan Bangunan CP di PJ.

AHB loan..may not be advisable at this early stage kot sebab tied to BLR…ada strong case for BLR mungkin akan naik second half of this year..kalau naik dan dividend declare ciput ajer…rugiler. Ambik fixed personal loan bank islam maybe more stable dari ahb loan

produk baru yg belum ada apa2 trend ROI lagi, byk main forecat jer..pasal loan pulak, mmg berisiko meminjam utk melabur krn ketidakpastian pulangan ROI berbanding dgn kos pinjaman BFR.
