Income tax submission/declaration for individual/partnership and employer for “Tahun Taksiran 2010″ can be done via e-Filing or manual submission starting 1st March 2011.

For online submission via e-Filing 2011, it can be done via e-Filing website, https://e.hasil.gov.my or via LHDNM website, www.hasil.gov.my

LHDNM urged all taxpayer to submit their income tax declaration form immediately and not wait for last minute to avoid line congestion.

Due date for the income tax submission are as below;

• Form B (Business Income) – 30 June 2011
• Form BE (Non-Business Income) – 30 April 2011
