CIMB Bank Balance Transfer : 6 Months 0%, 12 Months 1%
CIMB is offering Balance Transfer plan for up to 12 months with minimum 0% interest.
Promotion is valid from 1 July till 31 December 2010.
General Terms:
- Minimum transfer is RM1,000 per bank.
- Minimum transfer per application is RM1,000 for 6 months plan and RM2,000 for 12 months plan and total maximum transfer is subject to available credit limit.
- Applicable to all existing and new CIMB Bank cardmembers except CIMB Islamic Bank cardmembers.
- No Bonus Points will be awarded for this balance transfer programme.
- Cardmembers with unfavourable credit card accounts conduct with other financial institution are not entitled for this programme.
- Amount to be transferred to CIMB Bank must be equivalent or less than the total outstanding amount stated in your credit cards statement(s) from the issuing banks.
- CIMB Bank reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its absolute discretion.
Option A – 1% interest for 12 months balance transfer
Option B – 0% interest for 6 months balance transfer

Start 22 Ogos, saya membeli peralatan rumah baru lebih RM8k, semua guna cc rhb. Ada cash utk settlekan semuanya bila dpt bill cc pada 22 sept.
Tiba2 dpt tahu pasal BT Cimb, saya pun apply pada 1 Oktober, approved 8hb Oktober. Cimb bayar kat RHB 11 Okt.
So duit yg saya nak bayar tu, saya biarkan dlm ASW dan akan keluarkan sikit2 utk byr kat cimb selama 6 bln. Bolehlah dpt dividen asw nanti.
Untung2…. dahlah Point beli barang RHB saya dah dapat.

nak tanye, kalau katakan saya sedia ada cc cimb, pastu available balance cc tu tinggal rm2k. so, boleh ke saya nak wat BT daripada cc bank laen yang jumlahnyer rm2.5k ke cc cimb tu? adakah BT ni akan deduct credit limit cc cimb sedia ada saya?

saya pun ada apply utk 0%@6 months. berbaloilah jugak cuma byr 5% every months. At the end of 6th month kena cari promosi CBT CC yg lain pulak..

saya ade outstanding balance rm4k. so kalau saya buat BT nie tertakluk kepada approval dia and not semua outstanding saya tu boleh ditransfer ke??
and i after 6 month saya still ade berbaki duit hutang lagi.. berapa lak dia charge??

Saya ada hutang RM1500 dengan kad kredit maybank. Saya nak transfer balance saya dari kad AEON untuk bayar hutang Maybank. So, saya akan tertakluk pada rate dari Maybank @ AEON?

Semua baki BT Cimb yg lepas dan Baki CC Cimb dah pun I settle dgn guna BT Maybank @0%@12mths. Skrg ni I nak settle baki CC Maybank & lain2 CC dgn guna BT Cimb..dah apply last week..tunggu status minggu ini. Fyi, i dah longgokkan sumer komitmen hujung tahun ie zakat, takaful road tax maintainance car, professional fees etc..kalu success, i cuma byr 5% minimum monthly mulai 1/2/2012 dan julai 2012 settle the balance or cari je BT bank yg lain..
