Business Overview
Catcha Media Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 5 October 2010 as a private limited company under the nama Catcha Media Sdn Bhd. Subsequently on 19 November 2010, they converted their status from a private limited company to a public limited company to facilitate their listing on the ACE Market. They are principally an investment holding company.
Their core business are divided into two, which are Publishing Business and Online Media Business.
For Publishing Business, they have 14 magazine titles as follows. Prestige Malaysia, Stuff, Malaysian Evo, Malaysian Evo Supercars, Performance Heroes, K-Sone, Prestige Lifestyle, Homepride, Kitchen + Bathroom, Juice, Mint, Hanger, Clive, Fairways.
For Online Media Business, they have representations and rights to sell Advertising Space, promote ans monetise 2 Online Properties, namely Microsoft;s Online Propserties in Malaysia and Lowyat.net.
